Kohl Industries re-launched DOCTOR J Rubbing Alcohol in Janurary 2003 under a new and much improved formulation and packaging. With more efficient equipment and trained perssonel, Kohl was able to simplify its production process and bring down its operation costs.
As a result, Kohl was able to improve its quality and likewise offer the new Doctor J rubbing Alcohol at a price much lower that those of the leading brands.
This was in line with Kohl’s objective to provide consumers with low priced but high quality cleaning agents that would deliver the best value for their money.
